This is a fun-filled class which will focus on developing speech, movement and rhythmic skills through songs and games. Cooperation, listening and other social skills will be highlighted. Children will be introduced to many different instuments as well as learning piano. Most of all, this class is full of joy and music!
GROUP PIANO CLASSES
Ages 4 - 5
Saturday 12:00 - 1:00pm
Starts Saturday September 24, 2011 through to Saturday May 12, 2012
$616.00 for 28 classes
The group piano class is for total beginners who would feel more comfortable ina class setting with their peers. They will learn to read music and develop their rhythmic skills along with their voices, singing songs. We play games designed to practice and introduce musical skills, in a fun, non-competitve atmosphere. Children will learn to play simple songs on the piano and will be invited to perform in the final recital in May if they choose!
We have been coming to the conservatory for three years and my children and I feel truly blessed to be a part of it. The instructors are encouraging and engaging and have helped to develop their appreciation of music. We are forever grateful for the positive experience we have been given but most importantly for the music"
